FOUNDED IN 2003

Founded in 2003 by our Managing Director Sylvia Anderson, Chartered MCIPD, MRSPH, BA (Hons) MIH, MSOFHT, we have consistently and successfully maintained our position as a market leader within this fast paced and legislated industry and are proud to be promoting best practice throughout the United Kingdom and Internationally, working alongside the most recognised brands across the hospitality, catering and food manufacturing sectors.

Based in and around London, we are a vibrant, award winning training, auditing and consultancy Company, dedicated to educating the importance of Food Hygiene, HACCP, Health & Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety, Licensing and Training Principles and Practice to our diverse client base within the UK and Internationally.

OUR TEAM

Our team consists exclusively of training professionals and practicing Food Hygiene and Health & Safety consultants with over 25 years’ experience of working in the catering environment or in their area of speciality. Their creditability and knowledge in their given field will give you the confidence to know that they understand every element of your business and ensure you operate on the right side of the law.

Our Accredited Training can be provided at a location suitable to you or alternatively at our training centre in Central Wimbledon where we offer a range Open Courses covering all levels of Food Hygiene, HACCP, Health & Safety, First Aid and Fire Safety, Licensing and Training Principles and Practice.

We work closely with every client to ensure our training, auditing and consultancy services are tailored specifically to meet business requirements so whether you are developing a new training programme, getting ready for an Environmental Health Officer visit, launching a new product or having a once-off promotional event, we will offer you cost effective and timely support.
