Sylvia is the inspirational driving force behind Anderson Food Hygiene Limited which was born out of her own desire to ‘deliver training better’ to the hospitality and catering industry. With over 25 years practical experience within the industry, Sylvia and her team, bring to life the subject of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety and have achieved exceptional professional qualifications in their field.

 

We offer a variety of different training options including Open Courses, In-House Training and Tailor-Made Courses designed to fit around your business needs.

 

We have a strong track record generating 98% pass rate on all our comprehensive accredited courses together with our premium accredited status with the awarding body Chartered Institute of Environment Health (CIEH) or HABC means your business is in safe hands.

 

Open courses

 

Our open courses are run at our training venue, Tuition Housewith state of the art training facilities, in the centre of Wimbledon. Tuition House is situated in a prime location in Wimbledon on the corner of St Georges Road with Frances Grove two minutes from Wimbledon Station (District and British Rail). There are great transport links whether you are travelling by train, bus, tram or car with parking facilities (payment required).

In-House Training

We offer bespoke training tailored for each individual client this can be an extremely cost effective way of training a number of your team at your premises in one go. We offer a UK national service internationally to Companies in all sectors and welcome any enquiries you may have. All our Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, HACCP, Fire Safety, First Aid, Licensing and Training – Principles and Practice courses are available for teaching at your venue.

 

This has a number of advantages:

  • We can train up to 20 of your team at one
