The winners will be announced at the SOFHT Awards ceremony at The Savoy, London on Thursday 18 November 2010. Sylvia went undercover as their Food Hygiene Expert in the final programme looking at the problem of food poisoning and travelled undercover to the Dominican Republic to investigate one of the worst cases in recent times, a thousand hotel guests went down with salmonella, e-coli, campylobacter and shigella. |
