Food Hygiene Training Courses

We deliver a wide range of CIEH Food Safety Training Awards ranging from Level 1, Level 2 (formerly basic food hygiene) Level 3 (intermediate) through to Level 4 in Food Safety (advanced). Our course pass rates are 95% so you can be assured of achieving your certificates in food hygiene when you train with us.

Health and Safety Training Courses

Food hygiene is just one aspect of safety in the working environment. We also deliver a range of General Health and Safety Training courses (CIEH accredited) designed to educate all employees in safe working practices, including First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire Safety.

Food Safety Audits

Sylvia Anderson recently worked with ITV 1 on the new series called 'Dishing The Dirt', which took a critical review of the 70 billion pound food industry and what goes behind closed doors of establishments. Sylvia went undercover as their Food Hygiene Expert in the final programme looking at the problem of food poisoning and travelled undercover to the Dominican Republic to investigate one of the worst cases in recent times, a thousand hotel guests went down with salmonella, e-coli, campylobacter and shigella.
