To find a trainer with authenticity, genuine passion for the topic and who is able to relate the theory to real practical examples is so important. I had confidence that Sylvia would be able to handle our learners and had the background expertise to create a culture of respect in our training room. The entire syllabus was tackled, but this is not ‘text book’ training; we applied the topics to our environment and explored how the subjects would impact our workplace directly. Sylvia initially worked with us in an auditing capacity, and assisted with some remedial training for us back in December 2012, she has now delivered out L3 training in August 2013.

Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Audits


The law requires that you maintain a high standard of both Food Hygiene and Health & Safety within your business. Environmental Health Officers ensure that acceptable standards are maintained and punish those who fall below the legal requirement.  In order to ensure that your business complies fully with all the relevant regulations and so that any problems can be addressed before they become a serious issue, it is recommended that you undertake periodic Food Hygieneand Health & Safety audits.


What we do…   Anderson Food Hygiene audits assess compliance with current legislation, and codes of practice. An audit will involve an inspection of your premises, a detailed review of all your procedures and your current documentation.  Each audit is carried out against Industry standard weighted criteria and provides a score for your business together with a detailed action plan.
